  “So I walk into one of the stores looking for a blade for my planer. I just got off work, and I wanted to get the part and go home. Well, I ask the attendant if they carried the part. She points to aisle 16 and says good luck. I never found what I needed, and it was the wrong aisle. Back in the day when I was in customer service, when a customer was searching for something I would take them straight to what they were looking for to save them time. Now that's Customer Service.”
