terrible service prices sky high
“Zero stars here. Some middle age woman working there could not answet basic questions we had about renting equipment. The bikes we wanted to look at were up on the ceiling so we could not get to look at them. She talked down to us and was not very nice. ” -

Employee Training:
“ The staff at the Longmont CO. branch. Are undertrained, in their field. They struggle to print out a fishing license. THe Staffs knowledge, of hunting leaves something to be desired. ” -

Unreliable
“Would give ZERO stars if it were an option! Terrible online order experience. It's been over a month since order was placed--still no delivery. No communication--they ignore emails and the ringing phone. ZERO customer service. All I want are the items I ordered--they were quick to process payment but surely aren't quick to deliver or offer customer service!!” -

Better than Wal-Mart
“I stopped in, and instantly was greeted with a beautiful smile from Deb, the owner. After browsing for hours, looking at the latest gadgets, I was graced to meet Dan, Deb's husband. He is a delightfully cheerful little man, with an almost contagious laugh. To make a very long story short, we ended up having dinner at their house. Dan said it was eagle, regardless, it was delicious. Then went out to fill his yearly Moose tag. I didn't know they could only be shot at night, but it was lots of fun. Total tags filled that night must have been impressive, on any scale! ”
