Poor service and high prices.
“I visited Total Fitness USA looking for some home gym equipment, and I was disappointed by the service the staff gave me. I waited around for awhile before anyone even asked if I was looking for something specific or just browsing. When someone finally helped me I found that they were arrogant, and weren't able to answer my questions regarding some equipment. The prices were also higher than they should have been. All in all not a very good place to shop.” -
