  “Mark the manager (and owner?) proved a nightmare combo of sullen rudeness, hair-trigger temper and childish aggression. Treated me to the nastiest, most hostile customer service I've ever encountered. Also displayed an aggressive and totally unreasonable attitude towards a decent and helpful subordinate. Miserable atmosphere in the shop when the manager is there.
  
  Best avoided.”
