  “Buy local, pay more, get terrible customer service!! That could be the Benchmark's slogan. Pay very close attention to the fine print on their hand written low class signs. I don't see how this place can stay in business with such poor customer service. I am so glad Boise has an REI but I would never go back to this store if it were the last outdoor store in town.”
