  “I have visited the Centralia Hibbet Sports location on several occasions with good service. However, yesterday I took my 5 year old son to get new shoes for school and needed to pick up a birthday gift for my nephew. The shoes experience went well, a young male employee helped us. During check out...a woman named Courtney M. behind the counter was very rude. I asked a question concerning the return policy on clearence items and she rolled her eyes like I was stupid and said there isn't one, when I then questioned that we could not return clearance merchandise...she raised her voice and said..No....there is no policy, all items are the same, you just have to have the receipt. (This is NOT what she said the first time....and her attitude was not appreciated.) When she rang us up..the hat that was on sale for $14.97, rang up at $19.97 and when I brought it to her attention she didn't say anything, the price was clearly marked on the hat, but she shook her head and walked arcoss the room as if I were lying and checked the other hats. Still without a word, she started putting information into her computer. I paid with a debit card, but instead of refunding the card, she asked me my name, address and phone number and gave me cash back. Still no apology, put the hat in the bag and said Thanks with a fake smirk/smile.
  I have been in retail sales for 20 years and a store/regional manager for the past 9 years. I would never have treated a customer like this, nor would I tolerate this type of behavior from my employees.
  Needless to say, I will not return to this location.
