  “my husband only wears Red Wings, it just happened the day we were there the truck was bring in an order. They were so nice, we couldnt wait(due to dr.appt),so they took his size and our name phone. We were on the road, they called they recieved 2 pair, 1insulated 1 not. They were so great to call and waiting till we could get there another day, my husband bought both pair!!
  We have been back to purchase boots for our son and a sweatshirt for our daughter.
  We plan on going back soon.
  All who work there are very nice.”

  “They do not give refunds. Only store credit that has a time limit attached to it. Also if you buy a gift certificate it also has a set time to be used or you lose your money. Just keep this in mind if you choose to shop there.”

  “This Place does not back what it sells. Bought a pair of work boots. Only wore them one day. The boots started to seperate. So i took them back to the store. The person helping said yes they are seperating but would not take them back. Admitting something is wrong and not taking care of there customer is just not right. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anybody...Wont let me give zero stars..So one is what it gets”

  “I was in your store today and the most pleasant young lady assisted me. Her name is Jolene. I really hope you realize what a great worker she is. She was fantastic!!!! She was able to help me and my husband find everything we wanted. She was smiling and pleasant the whole time she was with us. Thank you for having her in your store.”
