“my husband only wears Red Wings, it just happened the day we were there the truck was bring in an order. They were so nice, we couldnt wait(due to dr.appt),so they took his size and our name phone. We were on the road, they called they recieved 2 pair, 1insulated 1 not. They were so great to call and waiting till we could get there another day, my husband bought both pair!!\nWe have been back to purchase boots for our son and a sweatshirt for our daughter.\nWe plan on going back soon.\nAll who work there are very nice.” -

“I am a regular customer of Mallins. I have purchase two hand guns from them, lots of ammo and many accessories. A month ago I inquired about having a beaver tail safety put on my 1911 that I had purchased there. I was told that day that the cost would be around 70 or 80 dollars. I left my 1911 there and gave them the green light to replace it. Today the gun was finally ready for pickup. It had taken about a month to get it done. I knew they did good work so wasn't really upset with how long it was taking. I was a little concerned when I called or stopped by to check on it that know one really could tell me the status of it; but I like them there and brushed it all off. Anyway, today I finally went to pick it up and when I asked what I owed they told me the price was $216.00. I was in shock, this is a far cry from 70 or 80 bucks. Anyway, I paid my bill and they lost me as a customer. If they would have quoted around 200, I would have been fine with that, but that's not what happened. Talk about sticker shock, and I thought I was a good customer. Never did I expect something like that from them.” -

“They do not give refunds. Only store credit that has a time limit attached to it. Also if you buy a gift certificate it also has a set time to be used or you lose your money. Just keep this in mind if you choose to shop there. ”
